Charlotte has over 20years teaching experience in a range of settings - mainstream, special, additional needs bases and overseas. She has over 5 years experience working to
support school staff to provide the best, most appropriate educational experience to individual autistic learners
Charlotte lives in a neurodivergent household and has lived experience of making adaptations to all aspects of life in order for everyone to be nurtured and remain regulated. She is currently awaiting assessments of her
own neurotype. She has founded Badger Education to be able to work independently to ensure autistic young people are prioritised, supported, heard and thrive within their educational settings.
