Fresh From the Esky is back on the road and this time a once again solo Ledge catches up with an old friend in Trevor Hourigan, who only agrees to guest on the show if his wife Julie will do the same, Julie only agrees to guest because the penalty for murdering your husband is life. But from this rather unenthusiastic start the editing team at FFTE end up with there first double episode! So join us as the story unfolds of two rather young divorcees who find each other and build a life together based on having the same values and the same attitude towards participating in life rather than spectating. A trait that means you don't just turn up, you get involved whether it be football, showing dogs or the kids pony club. In the first part we discuss Trevor's rural background with a mix of show business thrown in versus Julies city slicker upbringing and indoctrination into the cult that is the Richmond football club. The second part is where we find two very proud parents and on a more sobering note both Julie and Trevor share some thoughts into how they both dealt with Julie's breast cancer diagnoses and subsequent treatments.
