We have another cruise ship that has lost power at sea. This time it is the Celebrity Constellation experiencing issues. Protestors in Amsterdam delayed the arrival of another Celebrity cruise ship. Some Royal Caribbean cruisers are finding that they owe more money for their cruise and dishonest cruisers are ruining a helpful perk. It's everything going on in cruising!
