The Vegan Nom: Breakfast tacos (tempeh and potato), breakfast quesadilla, cute wall art, super affordable
Sweet Ritual: Banana split, Peanut butter cup!!!, unicorn poop, Oreo cookie, sprinkles, nuts, caramel
Counter Culture: breakfast burrito, peanut butter pancakes, spelt biscuits and gravy, mac n cheese
Capital City Bakery: loaded cookie butter brownie, cinnamon roll, frosted raspberry scone, coconut cream pie, cupcakes: confetti, strawberry, ginger, mocha, carrot cake
Bouldin Creek Cafe: Joe’s Smokin’ Omelet cheddar jack cheese, sautéed organic spinach & onion topped with chipotle pecan pesto, blueberry cornbread, Autumn Pasta Penne pasta & wild mushrooms tossed in a “creamy“butternut squash sauce. Topped with rosemary cashew, ricotta & fresh arugula. Served with grilled ciabatta Jackie’s Special Peanut butter cup with Thai Fresh Vanilla Ice Cream topped with chocolate Sauce. Cheapest breakfast taco and kale salad humanly possible, roasted veggie salad, dog-friendly, chalkboard bathroom stalls

Conscious Cravings: Blackened Tofu wrap
Blue Cat Cafe: chunky dip w/ cat hair in it, worst hummus I’ve ever had
Spider House: Cool Beans and Milky Way Shakes
Steel City Pops: passionfruit, all juice pops are vegan, a few cream pops are vegan
Plow Burger: Pop-up in Buzz Mill; 3 burgers using beyond burger patties- one is a burger of the week; Buzz Mill also has Zucchini Kill baked goods - got the S’Mores
The Beer Plant: my first ever gyro (yeerow); in an up and coming vegan mall with Rabbit Food
Lick: 4 vegan flavors; root beer and cold brew float happy hours daily!
Curcuma: cute truck, kitchari, not as great a deal as the other food trucks
Greater Goods: Super cute coffee roaster; homemade cashew almond milk
Biscuits and Groovy: too bland
Revolution Vegan Kitchen: SO GOOD; fried pickles, pink tables, zucchini kill baked goods - got the horchata twinkie
