Amelia works with women by building attitudes about eating that helps all girls thrive. Her website focused on helping mothers overcome dysfunctional relationships with food in order to take better care of themselves and their families. 

She is a professional writer and former magazine editor who pursued a credential as a nutritionist and public health professional to better understand women and children’s relationships with food. Her work has been published in American Health, Family Circle, Fitness, Latina, Reader’s Digest, Redbook, SELF, Today’s Dietitian, and more.
