General Christopher Cavoli, commander of U.S. Army Europe and Africa, might be the Army’s busiest Soldier at the moment. He commands all Army troops on two continents and is leading one of the service’s largest Europe-based military exercises in decades. Despite all that, he took time to call into Fort Bragg from his Wiesbaden, Germany headquarters.
