Developing and motivating talented football players - including two Heisman Trophy winners - brought Bill Conley personal and professional accolades during his 17 years as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the Ohio State Buckeyes. Conley's career accomplishments include:

In 2005, Conley - with co-author, J.C. Phillips - published "Buckeye Bumper Crops." The autobiography features some of Conley's most compelling recruiting stories and memories of his tenure as a Buckeye assistant coach. The book also offers insights to Conley's philosophies of recruiting, providing tips that are sure to help a new generation of coaches and recruiters.
Along with being one of the nation's top motivational speakers, Conley is also a media personality, serving as an analyst and hosting a weekly radio show for 610 WTVN, as well as NBC 4 television, both in Columbus, Ohio. Conley is also a regular contributor to the Buckeye Sports Bulletin.
