Welcome back everyone to Episode 30 of It's the Journey!
If you read AfterLIFE, you'll recall me saying "only 10 more years" to my therapist and the response she gave me about being too young to write off a decade of life. In the moment I defended my way of thinking, but deep down I knew she was right. In fact, at this point, I don't think we should write off any length of life if we can avoid it. So, with that I wanted to talk about the importance of looking forward at the life we want and moving in the direction of our dreams and how when we do so things unfold in ways we can't see until we step forward.
It's important to take an inventory of where we are, where we have come from, and to DECIDE where we are going. Then, in the only time that matters, do things NOW to move in the direction of our dreams. Do what we can to be happy, make a difference in our lives, in the lives of others, and in the world. The collective is made up of the parts and the more we can do to be a healthy part the more we heal and help the collective.
Thank you so much and please, Enjoy Your Journey!
