In part 2 of this Robert Hansen Series, his further crimes would be highlighted alongside the steps taken to investigate him as a proper suspect. Amidst the skepticism in the eyes of Anchorage authorities, Sgt. Flothe starts the investigation and follows through his big hunch that the serial killer on the loose is someone who has evaded the law so many times in the past - he just has to find the right evidence for it.
