Roger Howard is a Farrier and the owner of Malant Forge of Hartville, Ohio.  Mr. Howard's credentials includes a Forestry and Wildlife Technical degree from Hocking Technical College and a Farrier Certification from Montana State University.  Roger is also a a certified Journeyman Farrier of the American Farrier Association.
