Benita Capers is a Senior Manager at Last Mile Food Rescue, Inc., a non-profit organization that aims to end hunger and food waste in Cincinnati. She is responsible for growing the rescue efficiency and technology capabilities of the organization. She is also the Managing Partner and Founder of Wholistic Brands, a company that offers healthy and delicious food products. She has a background in international business, marketing, and entrepreneurship from the University of Cincinnati College of Business. She is passionate about making an impact and follows the motto: “To whom much is given, much is required.” She is also an active volunteer for various causes, such as Habitat for Humanity and Crossroad Health Center.
