Relentless Devotion from Rhea Relentless

Episode #300- Reading "Today, Try to Be Gracious" from "A Word for You Today"- Thursday, 3/4/21

Listen Later

We all get annoyed and even mad and even completely ticked off at times.  But even the throes of anger we must be careful how we express ourselves.  The Apostle Paul said, "Be angry and sin not . . ." (Ephesians 4:26).  This means we can be annoyed, be angry, be completely ticked off, yes.  But we cannot curse out the world (even though sometimes . . . oh boy!).

Challenged in this area?  Learn more about God.  Trust Him more.  Build your faith by deep diving into His Word.  Silence your fear of stepping out of that comfort zone.

Today's reading is from Ecclesiastes 10:12 (NIV), "Words from the mouth of the wise are gracious, but fools are consumed by their own lips."

To get the most out of this devotion, set aside time to read the Scripture referenced throughout this reading.

Additional scripture:  Ephesians 4:26
