Juan Pablo Gumiel Castro is the head chef and founder of Proyecto Nativa, a gastronomy restaurant in Sucre, Bolivia. He is joined by chef Kevin Caballero Ananda who helps to provide English translation, and my partner, Leslie, who also provides translations.
