Welcome to Part XXI of our Brain Drain trilogy's finale about how to undo the damage of harmful influences and brainwashing. Words have power whether we're aware of it or not. It's imperative that we don't claim negative and false things about ourselves. You have to flip a mental switch when someone repeatedly attacks you in order to keep yourself out of brainwashing. Shawn and Brandi discuss more on spiritual warfare and Brandi shares some experiences. Trust issues arise after trauma and they need addressing and overcome and Brandi shares personal examples. Do your own research on things and don't take everything at face-value.

There are good and bad leaders/teachers… It's important to trust the right people for your own sake and theirs.
