On November 30, 2022, ChatGPT was made available to the public. It was initially a text-based platform that answered questions using its training data, which was current through September 2021. 

In March 2023, ChatGPT entered the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central world via CentralQ. As ChatGPT has advanced, so has CentralQ.
