Welcome to Part XLIX of our Brain Drain trilogy's finale about how to undo the damage of harmful influences and brainwashing.
It's world changing to get and be able to receive words of affirmation. Make it a goal to be atmosphere shifting for the betterment of others. When you're single, have a girls/boys night…but it's a different story when you're married. Recognize and respect changes in dynamics. You and those around you should practice appreciation of each other.
Shawn shares about how much stress Brandi was going through before and partially during their engagement period…she felt so powerless and downtrodden under the weight of others and Shawn felt the same way because some things he couldn't just fix/save her from. He reinforced and supported her to make her own decisions.
