Welcome to Part LI of our Brain Drain trilogy's finale about how to undo the damage of harmful influences and brainwashing.
Brandi had to learn how to respond to an apology. She has always believed in forgiveness, but hadn't experienced the etiquette and reception of the apology. It's also important that we are all able to admit mistakes. Shawn and Brandi stood together as accountability partners to start setting proper boundaries with others. Don't allow the fear of failure or rejection keep you from setting proper boundaries.
Shawn discusses how the process of setting boundaries can be and the need of knowing what boundary rights you actually have.
