Every family -- big or small -- has secrets.  Generally, we don't want those secrets revealed.

But from the Bible we learn that it's not our lineage that really matters.  Even Jesus came from a line of very interesting characters.

As we learn more about God's word, we learn how many triumphed over family history.  

Today's reading is from Hebrews 2:11 (NIV), "Jesus is not ashamed to call [us] brothers." (and sisters :) )
