Today’s episode features Bryce “Thor” Johnston, owner of Asgard Training Center. Asgard is a unique, gritty, old school training gym donned with Scandinavian flags hanging from the ceiling, old school posters on the wall, and a laminated map of Asgard behind the squat rack. Asgard is the dwelling place of the Norse gods and Bryce designed his gym with the intent that members enter into a completely different realm to train.
