This week's episode on Man-to-Man, Andy and Liam pave the way by opening up with the finalists for each NBA Award, including Most Valuable Player, Rookie of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, 6th Man of the Year, Most Improved Player of the Year, and Coach of the Year. The three finalists for this year's 2020 MVP award include reigning MVP Giannis Antektekunmpo, Los Angeles Lakers' Lebron James and James Harden of the Houston Rockets. Although Giannis is the frontrunner to win the award and become 1 of 11 back-to-win winners, Andy believes James deserves the award, simply due to the season he's had with the Lakers - resurrecting that franchise and leading them to the number one spot in the West. Moving along in the episode, the boys discuss the twitter beef amongst the two All-Stars, Damian Lillard of the Portland Trail Blazers and LA Clippers' Paul George and Partrick Beverly. After Lillard missed two free throws in clutch moments against the Clippers, Patrick Beverly and George showed what Lillard likes to believe is a sign of respect by teasing Lillard's miss free throws. Lillard responds in a post-game interview saying, "it's okay because I've sent both of them home before in the playoffs." George's wife and Lillard's sister begin to get personal over social media as George's wife calls Lillard's sister a "hating ass whore." Crazy stuff right? To cap off the episode, Andy and Liam once again praise TJ Warren as the player of the week, glorifying Warren's in-game presence against the Lakers, leading them to an overall win over the number one team in the West.
