Maybe you have gotten good at "taming your tongue" and not saying the thing you really want to say out loud. But, it is still in your mind. The question is, what do you do with that thought? Do you dwell on it and think about over and over, or do you confess it to God and choose to think about other things? In Philippians 4:8 it tell us what we are to think on: what is true, honorable, pure, just, lovely, commendable, excellent, or anything that is worthy of praise. Not worldly praise.
