Today we live in a culture that constantly looks to "remove" friction. Whether it's in automation, social media, dating apps or self-driving cars, we seem to eliminate the hard part wherever we can.
The problem in business though, is this "hard part" is often where the edge is found.
Here we talk about ways to look for the difficult areas and how it can possibly help you break through to the next level.
