Gordon Corsetti has experienced mental illness first hand and has survived suicide attempts. Gordon has collected various tools in the pursuit of permanent recovery from depression and anxiety. He writes about philosophy, and different modes of thought that he has experimented with to refine his perspective on life on his website: MentallyAgile.com. He also speaks to the unique human ability to change our minds, and shows how to use tools to accomplish that change.
