Archival interview Bob did in August of 2012 with Herb Raybourn. Herb was a very successful baseball scout and great judge of raw talent. He signed Manny Sanguillen, Rennie Stennett, Omar Moreno, and notably Mariano Rivera, who he signed after seeing him throw only nine pitches. Herb passed away in 2017.
