Episode 31: How I Used Carbohydrates

For me, Carb Cycling worked extremely well.  A few days of restricting/limiting carbohydrates followed by a day or a meal of an increase in carbohydrates.

By restricting carbohydrates I increased my sensitivity to carbs which allowed my body to use them appropriately when they were ingested.
