In today’s episode, we continue our conversation with Edjacent designer Jared Fritzinger. Last time he told us a little about the capstone experience that he provides for his students. Today we will learn about the first two years of implementation of just one of those student driven experiences, and we find out some interesting information about using cooking oil instead of diesel.
