This week, we are discussing the catastrophic impact of Hurricane Agnes during the 1972 hurricane season. While her formation wasn't particularly notable, her impacts that stretched from Florida to Canada led to the retirement of the name "Agnes" following the season. In total, nearly 130 deaths would be recorded and over $15 billion in property damage would occur.
