8 minutes and 43 Seconds...Yes, 8 minutes and 43 Seconds is the length of time it took for Derek Chauvin, the police officer charged with third-degree murder in connection with the death of George Floyd to cause death by knee-asphyxiation. 

Watching George Floyd, cry out "I Can't Breathe!" helplessly on the ground is a brutal reminder that racial inequality is alive and well in America.  How many more brown people have to die before someone yells, "Enough is Enough"!
