Jordan Nordhoff, is a Yoga instructor at Yoga Source, A Trainer at F45_Training, Pilates instructor, CPT personal trainer, retail manager and a college student pursuing her degree in kinesiology all in the same week if not same day. Jordan has graced us with her precious time to discuss her life with us from being a big sister being responsible for her brothers at a young age, we discuss her traumatic injuries that given her pain for many years with doctors who failed to evaluate her true injuries, and lastly her thoughts and views on movement, energy, planning and most importantly the concept of play.
