On today’s episode of the podcast I sat down with two members of the George Washington Women's Lacrosse team Katie Hipp and Shea Baggett.

Katie's Interview (0:26) In Katie's interview she talks about growing up in New Jersey, playing in the Atlantic 10, and the improvements she's made to her defensive game. Last Season Katie started in all 18 contests as a sophomore in 2023 and picked up 24 ground balls, caused 14 turnovers and snagged one draw control. As a Freshman Katie was named to the Atlantic 10 all rookie team.

Shea's Interview (29:28) In Shea's interview we talk about many things including her lacrosse career so far with George Washington, becoming a more versatile attacker, and her journey to college lacrosse.  Last season Shea had a career year recording eight goals and three assists for 11 points. Shea also won ​​a State sectional championship in 2019.
