Nikki Woods worked in radio for over 20 years. She is best known for her work as the senior producer on the nationally syndicated Tom Joyner Morning Show (TJMS). Nikki is a best selling author, personal branding coach, social media consultant and motivational speaker.

In October of 2016, she left the TJMS to work full time as an entrepreneur on projects that she is passionate about. They include Nikki Woods Media and the the Greatful Group.
