Welcome to another episode of The Gynarchy Podcast! Today, I’m speaking with Dr. Arghavan Salles, a surgeon, researcher, and national leader in diversity, inclusion, and equity, on the topic of sexual harassment
In “Episode 31: Sexual Harassment”, Dr. Salles brings her unique perspective having studied gender bias and stereotypes during her surgical training and also as an NIH-funded researcher to discuss how sexual harassment contributes to gender inequity in medicine, academia, and in greater society in general.
