Mark Dillon joins us again and steps in the eleven for this week. Mark is the CEO and founder of the Talent Projekt in Germany, designed to help young American footballers reach their full potential. This episode we talk about what that development process is like for a young player, especially one who ventures abroad. We also talk about some of what it takes to evolve from a whispering talent to a shouting talent on the world stage.
