B1 The Architect is someone who’s name has continued to show up across my timeline many times since the top of the year and as a fan of what I had heard I decided to get in touch with him about joining the show. We were able to make it happen this week on episode 316 as B1 told me about his moniker choice, his multifaceted approach being both an artist and a producer / engineer, and what it means to have the kind of output he’s been able to maintain while staying fully independent. Most recently he released collab albums with the likes of Flashbang Jimmy and a mutual connection Young Reese Dude, both of which have already received wide acclaim and he described not only the ways these two specific projects came to be, but also how collaborations help him to diversify his sound and audience in a positive way. Just from being a fan of the music itself it was awesome to get to know more about the man behind the bars and beats. I look forward to working more with him very soon and await a plethora of new material coming from his way on top of that!
