On our last Beyond the Box episode of the year, Mike McAra and Eric Roseman talk all about innovation in Commercial real estate!!
Eric Roseman is both VP of Innovation & Partnerships with Lincoln Property Company as well as Managing Director of LPC Ventures. Lincoln Property is the largest privately operated real estate service & operating company in the US. Ultimately they develop and manage commercial/apartment units across the States, covering all aspects of the developments from construction to data centres to HVAC systems. A large part of Eric’s role is to vet new technology that could potentially benefit LPC’s buildings and those who utilize them.
