Laura Jardine Paterson is the founder of CONCAT, a company on a mission to code a more inclusive tech sector, one that encourages more marginalized talents to find long-term, sustainable employment. CONCAT is the first web design and development company to be led solely by marginalized communities and women. CONCAT works with international corporates looking for high-quality yet affordable websites.
Laura has a bachelor’s in fine Art from Edinburgh is trained at WPP, a global advertising company, and has volunteered for various NGOs in Lebanon where she is based now. She is also an advocate and activist for promoting more women in tech.

Laura was one of the winners of the Thousand Faces Female Founders Awards 2023.
