Alex, Brian, Joe & Ant sit down to discuss a wide range of topics. The podcast starts out with Alex sharing a story about a good friend of his caught up in relationship drama. 

The moral of the story was as men we have to make sure our brothers are in a good head space. Make sure your people know you’re there for them and that you care. 

The guys then turn to recapping their Labor Day weekend activities and a brief look at the last episode of Power. The podcast then turned to talk of “New York Undercover” star Malik Yoba’s statement on his love of transsexual women. 

Topics including the empowerment of banking Black, the tragic shooting in Odessa, TX and the wrath of Hurricane Dorian were also discussed. 

The fellas finished with Sports Talk including Alex and Brian’s cousin Karan Higdon of the University of Michigan making the practice squad of the Houston Texans. Salute to that young man.
