This week, City Manager Will Kolbow dives deeper into the Cherry Valley Blvd., following up on a video posted on the City's Instagram page this week. He shares his frustration with the process of how the traffic signal improvements lacked a right-turn pocket for eastbound Cherry Valley Blvd. to eastbound Interstate 10, the ridiculous amount of time it takes to process a change to add the turn lane, and whether or not it is a good use of time and resources which might take focus away from a much bigger project that will make this interchange serviceable now and in the future.
