Episode 32 — Ever Growing Capacity for Connection
Let the rambling begin (**— if you wanna skip past the announcements…head to about 16minutes in!)
A whole bunch of reflecting on connection, balance, and creating a life that allows me to experience community and connection that doesn’t overwhelm my body!
How healing it is to start feeling— as an embodied sense — what it feels like IN MY BODY as myself, without effort if! Just as I am! As I am!
Connection energises me.
It heals me.
I’m created for it and I am building capacity to recieve the connection I need and desire as a human.
How far I have come to even experience these things for and with myself and with others! So much self awareness and self acceptance!
I FEEL SO MUCH GRATITUDE! Thankyou humans, souls on this journey WITH me! And that looks like screaming and crying and allowing and integrating in the best way I can!

My housemates have done an amazing job out in the garden creating an oasis of veggies and that ‘ahhhh, it’s green and home and I can breath’ — I mow the lawn! Haha! That’s is!
You can also check the neighbours and community gardens out!
I’ll be selling my wares; preserves, beverages (lemonade, orange-ade, tangelo-ade, etc) kombucha, jams, fermented veg.
