Emma is an ex-scientist, software engineer, mum of two and entrepreneur. She founded Dearbump in 2017 to ensure women and parents were more supported than she was during her pregnancy. Dearbump focuses on helping businesses support the health and wellbeing of women and parents in the workplace. They offer specialised support from pregnancy through to parental leave and early parenthood. Their ambition is to help women have a healthier, more positive pregnancy and birth experience, enabling them to feel supported and confident in returning to work if they choose. One area Dearbump supports their pregnant clients is by offering digital support to gain access to practicing midwives who can help with any concerns and offer any advice in real time.
