It really isn't that hard.  Just a minute or two of your time to slow down and be nice.  Just a chance to politely decline or say no thank you instead of slamming the phone or cutting someone off or not replying.  On this episode Paula & Kirby talk about learning to change their attitude towards taking the time to be nice even when they do not want to.  It really does only take a minute to keep from burning a bridge.  You never know when that person may be a potential future customer, friend, or ally.  This week's wine is a mystery and you will have to listen to find out!!
