Today on the show - producer Jay Taylor and writer director John Jencks, joint founders of the London based film production and finance company Electric Shadow Company. 

Both guys struck me as adapting well to the fast changing landscape of the business and yet losing none of their passion for making original and thought-provoking entertainment.
