Today our theme is in relation to our brains wanting to be “on” full-time, including at night. What can balance our overactive, hyper-sensitive to “what if” minds? Moving our bodies. Whether walking, stretching, crawling or other - move, move, move to clear your head and create new perspectives. Other ways to create new perspectives include mimicking what children know and do. They play, draw, color, create, imagine . . . What if you were to do those things too? If nothing else, you might lighten up. Wouldn’t that feel nice for a change? What are you experimenting within your health and wellness journey? As Liz says, each of our journeys is highly individualized.
