Located east of Sacramento, with easy access to Interstate 80, North Highlands has affordable housing with commercial and industrial regions near the former McClellan Air Force Base… Residents of North Highlands have experienced an increasing population as McClellan Business Park prospers… North Highlands also benefits from its location near Antelope which is just to the north… North Highlands is about 20 minutes to the Sacramento Airport and also Downtown Sacramento…

I selected North Highlands this week because only two single family home sold over the past week…. There are now 21 single family homes available in North Highlands. There has been an average decline in available homes over the past three years.
