You can only steward what you honor. Part of stewardship looks like being a solution to a problem. Knowing how to steward resources produces authority as shown in the parable in Luke 19. Producers were given authority and influence over cities.

Many times we don’t take the time to find out what the root problem is to know how to come up with a proper solution. Giving people opportunity allows them to make a choice which invokes their free will to make decisions for themselves which is empowering them.
