After finishing out an incredibly busy 2017, we're back from a temporary hiatus and talk to one of SUGCON Europe's organizers, Robbert Hock.

Technical note: due to some recording issues, our side of this interview was recorded off of our laptop microphone, so the audio quality is a little lower than we'd normally have. There is still good information to share and did our best to clean up the subpar audio.
