Growers,
Somehow, the most contention in coaching often revolves around whether or not to take notes during coaching sessions. This is the most common question I receive from new coaches. Interestingly, the two coaching schools I attended held contrasting views on this matter; one advocated for note-taking, while the other advised against it. In this week's podcast episode, I share my perspective on the practice of note-taking. Looking ahead, I plan to discuss various tools that can enhance your coaching practice, regardless of whether you are certified or not.
