Hey Queens & Kings!

This week we are discussing Trusting Your Spiritual Aptitude which is your natural spiritual ability, also known as your intuition. We ALL have the ability, though it may show up for us in different ways. It's time to tune-in to that gut of yours. Many of us wouldn't have to go through some of the challenges we go through if we trusted ourselves enough.

Pull up a chair, go run your errands, grab a drink or whatever it is you do while you are tuning in, do that so we can get into this discussion!

• Give yourself permission to explore all aspects of yourself; when you close yourself off from authentic parts of who you truly are you don’t allow yourself fully know your aptitudes
• How much do we allow (intentionally or unintentionally) allow people to affect us and our lives?  via Social Media

• Being intentional with your relationship; tuning into our intuition when we allow people into our space
• Learn to love from afar and give thanks that you chose you instead of remaining in a situation that left you unhappy
