By focusing on user experience in healthcare settings the delivery and consumption of healthcare can be transformed. Rather than focusing solely on the usability of certain products, user experience paves the way for innovative solutions to many of today’s challenges in healthcare. We sit down with Loraine Chapman, Director of Healthcare User Experience at Macadamian, to explore the future of user experience and why organizations should be focusing on user experience at all levels. Lorraine is also the Chair of the HIT User Experience Committee at HIMSS.
