Affectionately known as Coach Kay, brings a wealth of compassion and insight as a consultant, speaker, author, and leadership wellness expert. Her mission is to guide leaders and organizations in defining their vision, developing strategies to enhance their culture and leadership, and providing practical tools to embody the principle of “Be Well to Lead Well.” She firmly believes in the concept of Whole Leaders fostering healthy organizations.

With over 25 years of leadership experience, including roles as a legal assistant for the United States Air Force JAG Corp, a Regional Staff assistant to a US Senator, and an advisor on the Diversity Council for the state of Alaska, Kennita’s journey is marked by a deep commitment to authentic leadership. She takes pride in advising high-ranking military officials, encouraging transparency, authenticity, and vulnerability in leadership to propel organizations forward. Her approach is centered around helping leaders navigate challenges like uncertainty, fatigue, and burnout, transforming these obstacles into opportunities for growth and connection.
